Weekly Photo Challenge: Point of View

It seems I did an awful lot of gardening this week considering I don’t really have a garden!  So many weeds to pull, and the majority of them were in the empty planters that never got filled with flowers.  Not that I didn’t try to get flowers to grow in them… but it is too late for that now.  Just weeds, weeds, and more weeds to take care of.  Three days of weeding and it wasn’t spiders, snakes or bees that caught my attention.  It was this set of peering little eyes:

Hopefully after this week, I won’t have that much more weeds to deal with before the weather gets cooler.  And hopefully, I didn’t get rid of this little guy’s home-base.  There were quite a few hiding spots for him under this plant that are no longer there.
