This was January. Not my most exciting month, had the plague, but still memories I’m happy to have. ♥️

Snow ‘week’ in West TN, so I made a new dress.

I baked these today and I ate 2 of them. I’ve never made angel food cupcakes and surprised myself with the serving size and macros. No foods are off limits while still losing fat!

A bit of a reintroduction:

Surround yourself with things that make you happy.

In these crazy times, always remember what’s most important.

Planning and personal development.

Nothing wrong with a little bit of wine and some pizza. Starting the new year just how I ended it, feeding my body and feeling good. No one has to be afraid of carbs.

My favorite glass sculpture at the Chihuly exhibit at Cheekwood. Only took 3 months to go through the pics I took when we went in October.
