Shoe Save Sixteen

It is Shoeper Shoesday over at shoeperwoman.com and that means it’s a perfect excuse for another pair of shoes to be saved!  I only have a few pretty shoes left that haven’t been worn, but I am not wearing any of those today.  It’s only recently that I started liking to wear pretty shoes, so a big part of my collection really isn’t anything too special.  Come to think of it, I don’t even know if I have saved any of my pretty shoes…

Okay, back to the save at hand.  I seem to own many shoes that have lasted longer than they should have, you get what you pay for, and once again, I didn’t pay much for these.  This pair came from Wal-Mart many years back – quite a surprise they are still around!  The shoe laces are passed needing to be replaced but overall, this pair still looks okay, and they are comfortable.  I only wear these with skirts and or casual dresses.  I won’t wear them with jeans.  Why?  I don’t know.

They were a perfect choice for me this day when all I really did was run some errands in town.

Maybe I should try getting something a little nicer looking saved for next week’s Shoeper Shoesday just to prove that I do really own some good looking shoes.  😉
