I’m here and on time. How is everyone this Friday morning? I could be better. I’ve been fighting a cold all week. Monday was probably my worst feeling day, then this morning I woke up with some pain in my sinuses. It’s been going around, and I know it could be worse. I am functioning; only a little less than my normal self. All is still well!
This week was a boring one for me. Busy, yes, but pretty boring even so. Nothing exciting happened and all I have really been doing is catching up on everything after the last week off. I still have vacation laundry to do, and the boy is on his final day of make-up work. Then there’s been my sluggishness from not feeling 100%, so a few things have taken a little longer to get done than I would have liked.
The good thing about today is that is is Friday – almost time for the weekend. Also, it is sunny and supposed to be warm. I am ready for nicer weather. The wind is pretty strong out there today though, so I don’t think I will be spending any time out in it. Windy days aren’t nice when you are coughing and have sinus pressure. At least they’re not nice to me. I will just admire it from the window and be happy to have some sun shining into my house today.
