We have made it to NM and almost to the ski slopes. Tomorrow will be the final stretch to our vacation destination. I never thought the day would come when NM became a vacation spot. I mean I only lived here for – well, do I really want to age myself? Let me just say, NM was only my home for my whole life minus the last 7 years, and I never thought it would be a vacation to come back. Red River is somewhere in the state I have never been so it is exciting to be going somewhere new. I read that yesterday they got 10+ inches of snow so the skiing / snowboarding should be great!
