Good day! I am simultaneously editing photos while listing to a coaching zoom call about using AI. I am in awe of the capabilities of AI nowadays, even for creating blog posts. I am happy to tell you all, it is I writing to you today and not a ChatGPT robot. Wow, AI is infiltrating not only the art but the written world, among everything else. Crazy! Moving on to my post written today by yours truly, I am once again a whole month behind. I have successfully condensed March with the help of my iPhone camera roll to not be an overwhelmingly long post. So, here are the highlights.

First off, at the beginning of the month I got new glasses and I chipped my front tooth. This is me smiling with my new glasses and my non chipped tooth, because I was able to get to the dentist a few days after and get it fixed. I never even took a picture of said chipped tooth so I will never remember how it actually looked. I was so worried about it though. I wasn’t sure if my tooth would be filed and smoothed or if the dentist would say it was way worse than I thought and I’d need a cap or something. It was a stressful couple of days. Luckily, just a small filling in the chip was all that was needed and honestly, I couldn’t tell you where the chip even was. Whew! That was a relief.

When I last updated, my guy was in the process of putting some new deck chairs together. He got them finished that weekend and we started the month once again out enjoying the beautiful deck weather. Cheers for spring like days and lovely evenings outside. I love spring weather!

More progress was made on the RV park in March. We got our well drilled that we had been patiently waiting for and the storm shelter got walled up. The electrician has been secured and by the end of it all, the whole family will have had a hand in it. It is a very exciting endeavor. Can’t wait!

It will have a second level, and that got started on this last weekend. More updates on that to come as the next couple months go by.

My boy sold his trampoline. It was bittersweet to see it get taken apart. He put that thing together all by himself just over five years ago and had many many awesome videos of tricks and flips on it through the years. The trampoline being hauled off is just another thing that has reminded me of the passage of time. I still ask myself, less often though, why did the boy have to grow up. It’s just part of life, isn’t it?

And lastly of my March update, I got a little update of the furnishing sort. This lamp, I love it! It took me two months to actually decide on buying it, and I liked it so much I bought the set. I have had these in my mental wish list for a couple of years. And as I was waiting on them to arrive, I thought about where I might put them in my living room and decided a shelf upgrade was in order as well. The lamps are perfect for the side tables in the living room, but the shelf was a much needed addition anyway. I had to have somewhere to put the older lamp, right? 🙂

That was March. April has started out well. I along with several friends, and the pups, got to see the total eclipse once again yesterday. A twice in a lifetime experience for me, and if Stephen wants to see it two times in his life, I let him know that it will be visible again in two years from Iceland. Iceland is on my bucket list so what better excuse. I say, it’s a plan! Don’t think the pups will be able to make that trip though. Anyway, onward with April. Until next time. ❤
