Valentia Eternal Youth Exfoliating Scrub // Product Review

Hello, all you wonderful blog readers!  How are you this fine Tuesday evening?  I’m here today talking about another great product from Valentia.  If you recall, I wrote about their True Glow Eye Cream a few months back.  Well, they got in touch with me once again and asked if I might like to try something else: this Eternal Youth Exfoliating Scrub.  I have to say, I am pretty happy with this product as well.

Valentia Exfoliating Scrub

It just so happens that I do use facial scrubs on a weekly basis.  However, I don’t find many to chose from when it comes to this stuff because most are full of ingredients that I don’t want to put on my skin.  Currently, I have one brand that pretty much meets my standards, so after using this it will be nice to have another brand to add to my list.  My experience with Valentia’s products is that they are all natural with minimal ingredients, and the ingredients they do use are good for your skin.  Also, they are made in the USA, which I like to think is a good thing when it comes to your health.

The key ingredients in the Eternal Youth Exfoliating Scrub are: green and white tea, aloe vera, jojoba beads, and three kinds of tropical butters.  Teas are packed with polyphenols and antioxidants that help to provide the anti-aging effects in facial products.  Aloe vera is another excellent skin product that is great for moisturizing and firming, so it’s good that that is in there too.  The jojoba is what gives the scrub its ‘scrubbiness’, and the three kinds of butters: olive, avocado, and kukui, are in there for their moisturizing factors as well.

This has an aloe like consistency, with a slight amount of grittiness for the exfoliating process.  It has a wonderful smell, I love it!  I don’t even know how many times I opened the top of the jar while I was writing this post just to smell the stuff.  I can’t get enough of it.  On the box it says it is a green tea fragrance.

I have been using this scrub a couple of times a week, and I’m not just happy with how it smells.  I am also happy with how it leaves my face feeling clean, soft, and refreshed.  By the way, I really would tell you all if it smelled bad and left my face burning and dry.  But this doesn’t, and I am happy, once again, to have another beauty product success story from the Valentia line.

Should you be interested in a jar of this for yourself, you can find it here.

*I was sent this product in exchange for an honest review.  I am not being compensated in any way for referrals, all opinions are my own and are 100% truthful.
