Hi! Here I am again, Erika the occasional beauty-product blogger, with something new on my to review plate. I will start by saying this is a pre-review post. I haven’t actually gotten a chance to form an opinion yet, as I have just gotten the products in question, but I am anxious to try them out and let you all know what I think.
What I have is this little Juice Beauty, go pack from Ulta that I got this weekend. I never thought I would have a need to go inside of an Ulta store, and up until not too long ago, I had no idea what was even inside of an Ulta store. I remember when this particular place was being built, and since I had no familiarity whatsoever with the name Ulta, I was anxiously awaiting the store’s completion. A new store in the nearest, normal sized city is a big thing for me. You should have seen how excited I was when I saw Old Navy was coming to town – Jackson was turning into a real city after all! So back to Ulta. While it was in the building process, I had to ask Google what I was to expect. A whole store dedicated to make-up was what I gathered – guess I won’t be going there ever I thought. I’ve never been much of a girlie-girl, and I have no need for make-up. Fast forward to several months ago when I came across the brand Juice Beauty, and found out that it was sold in Ulta stores. Now, I finally had a reason to go check the place out.
I figured every shade of lipstick, blush and eyeshadow would be inside those double doors, but what I didn’t expect was a little bit of everything else, beauty-product wise that is. There was so much more than make-up. Hair products, brushes, hairdryers, curling irons, perfumes, colognes, you name it – every sort of personal beauty product you could think of, and there was even a salon area. I also found several of the items that I shop for online. This store had a little something in it for me after all.
I spent some time browsing and before long, I found the Juice Beauty display that I was looking for. I did have a hard time deciding which item I wanted to try, so I was very happy to find a few little to go options with sample sizes of different products. I went with this one because it had several of the items I was contemplating to buy – specifically, the Nutrient Moisturizer, the Antioxidant Serum, and the Cleansing Milk.
What I got came with some instructions and suggested how-tos, and I can’t wait to try them all out. Expect a full out review in a couple of weeks.
Has anybody else tried Juice Beauty products? What did you think? How about Ulta, have you ever shopped there? I think I will be going back more now that I know I just may find a thing or two.
To be continued…

**Edited to add: For any others out there who shop at Ulta, or are wanting to see what it is all about, how about a coupon code? After this post, I was contacted to offer you all a chance to save a few dollars should you find yourself inside of an Ulta store. Enjoy!
