I Need a Little More Time…

Whoa, where has this week gone!?  I really wanted to have more posts up, but here it is already Friday and not a single one except for Monday’s post that was a make up for last Friday.  Well, the good news is school is almost over, just two more weeks, then I will have more free time to devote to the blog.

So, yeah, school and life have been pretty hectic lately.  And what little free time I have had, has been spent at the gym.  I find the gym to be a nice break though, so at least I can work out and unwind all at the same time.  That has not always been the case.  In my former experiences, working out was that thing I knew that I should do, but when it came down to it, I went with any excuse to get out of it.  Not lately, so it seems my time there has been well spent.  I’ve been making progress and I have been putting too much into it to stop now.

My gym life aside, I got to spend a little time this week pretending to be that photographer I so want to be.  We took our school pictures and I, once again, got to pretend like I knew what I was doing.  I still am learning all about my new camera, but considering my lack of expertise, I thought the pictures that I took came out alright.  There is still plenty that I need to learn, so that is another thing I have on my summer to-do list, how to be a better photographer.  But while browsing pinterest, I found a kindle book that I think may help me.  I can’t wait to find the time to look into it.  So many things to do, and so little time in which to do them.  I am anxiously awaiting the summer break, that is for sure!

Just two weeks left, I know I can do it!  I suspect my online time will be a little less frequent than I’d like, but I can see that light at the end of the eighth grade tunnel.  I will enjoy every minute of this upcoming summer break, because I suspect high school for us won’t be any easier.  I love every minute of this life though, and I wouldn’t change any of it for anything, but that summer break sure looks better than it ever has.

Perhaps I am a bit all over the place this evening, but it’s Friday night, and I am ready to call it a day.  I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend.  I am very much looking forward to mine.  I will be back here, bright and early Monday, for my first Me-Made-May 2015 round up.  Until then, have a good night.

Don't leave yet! Tell me what you think.
